Car Seat Canopies are here!

New to the shop are the super elegant and functional car seat canopies.  Made with coordinating designer fabric for two layers of coverage and protection for your little one.  They have 2 velcro straps to strap on to the handle of your car seat handle.  They measure large enough to cover your infant seat but not drag on the ground when your seat is out of the car.  They are very versatile and can be used for a changing pad or breast feeding cover as well.


Unlike a cover with a zipper this cover allows you versatility.  It allows you the opportunity to keep your baby covered even when your in the car.  When baby seats are placed in the car the handle should always be lowered for safety.  With a zippered canopy this is not possible to do with the canopy on.  However, with this canopy you are able to keep you baby covered even with the handle down.  


Like all items in the shop custom orders are always welcome.  You choose the fabrics and I can create an entire gift set for you consisting of a car seat cover, burp cloths, pacifier clip and key fob.  Wether it's a gifts for you and your baby or for someone else these are sure to be a beautiful addition for the new addition.

New BABY!!

I am feverishly working on holiday items and up coming specials in my shop but in the mist of everything... I had a baby!  Yep, baby #4.  Lana is her name.  Ella, Mia and Noah could not be more excited.  The girls are constantly taking turns holding her, which is wonderful when you have to constantly take potty breaks.

Things around our house are pretty mellow with daddy home to help and the girls off of school.  They are in a year round school system and their time off happens to fall on this month.  How perfect, I know!  Other then being sore and having engorged breasts the size of cantaloupes (seriously) things are going well.  My house is a mess and my kids are eating cereal for any meal that is not delivered by someone else but they'll survive.  Ahhhh, the joys of parenting, they never mentioned this part.  Just kidding.  It's not so bad. I can't wait to see all my friends at my baby shower on the 20th and to get my first newsletter out for the shop

My fist post!

I'm so excited to start my own Blog.  I lay in bed at night planning out what I can say or share that I think others would find useful or interesting.  I am starting this to share my knowledge and experience as a mother and business woman.  I guess I should start by telling you about myself:

I have 4 children ages 5,3,1 and -3 days.  Yep you read correctly.  I was due for baby #4 on Saturday and though I have been contracting for over 24 hours now I still have yet to go into full labor.  All of my previous children were late (16 days, 7 days and 10 days) so I don't really expect to have this baby till Halloween.

I have been married 9 years to my best friend.  We are polar opposites we work so well because we balance each other.  My husband works as a restaurant manager and I am a stay at home mom.  In addition to our 4 children my mother also lives with us for health reasons.  Prior to being a stay at home mom I too was a restaurant manager  and yes that is how we met.

I own an on line shop or business selling must have baby products.  I sell items that I never should of had to live with out as a mom.  Most items I didn't even know about until my 3rd child and I felt so cheated.  I wish I would have know about them for all 3.  My favorite must have item is a tie on baby wrap.  I love the close cuddliness it gives me with my child especially when they are newly hatched.  It's not just the baby that goes through withdrawals after birth.  As a mother we miss having that life so close to us all the time and the wrap provides that security and closeness that we crave.
